PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay with:
credit card, wallet, domestic circuits: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Poste Pay and the main international payment wallets such as Paypal.
bank transfer. Your banking information will be sent to you via email from our Customer Service, which you can contact by writing to maiocchi@maiocchi.it
cash on delivery: for orders of an amount equal to or less than €200
Gioielleria Maiocchi guarantees a safe and punctual shipping service thanks to a careful selection of partners, couriers and international shippers. Your orders will always be tracked and delivered on time.
For particular needs and shipping conditions, you can contact Customer Service before paying for the order.
Express shipping is free for orders over €30. For orders under €30 shipping costs amount to €10. Shipping costs are always indicated in the order summary, before payment confirmation.
Shipping times vary depending on the product purchased and the delivery area.
We recommend that you always check the information relating to shipping times on the product sheet.
Once you have made a purchase, you will receive an email with the summary and all the details of the order. To track the shipment and find out the estimated delivery date, access the "My orders" section of your account or write to maiocchi@maiocchi.it
RETURNS
You can return a product purchased on Gioielleria Maiocchi within 30 calendar days from the delivery date of the products themselves.
Items must be returned intact, in the same condition in which they were received, with labels and their original packaging included. Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted. Please always refer to the contractual conditions that you can consult on the page Terms&Conditions of the site.
Already activated smart watches, personalized products, made-to-order products, vintage or fine jewelry products cannot be returned, with the exception of items with obvious damage or imperfections. For further information see the page Terms&Conditions.
Once your return has been received, verified and accepted, you will receive the refund due via the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. Returns are always free.
To start the return procedure, contact our Customer Service by writing an email to maiocchi@maiocchi.it within thirty (30) calendar days from the day you receive the products (or for purchases of multiple products, the day you received the last product).
